Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

Orders for standard inventory items can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Custom-designed pieces cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun at Luxora Jeweler.

2. Returns

We accept returns of unused, unworn jewellery in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a thorough inspection for quality and authenticity.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, and engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@luxorajeweler.com.
